    Where can I view my purchase invoice or order information?

    After a successful order, the entire order summary will automatically reach your email inbox! You'll receive the invoice automatically via email once the order is fulfilled.

    If you don't see an email from us, try checking your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders. However, if it's still not there, write to us at pagalba@amberglow.lt and we'll definitely help!

    Do you issue VAT invoices for companies?

    Yes, of course! All Amberglow desktop PCs and laptops available on the website meet the standards for companies and business operations. Company information should be entered during checkout by checking the box "VAT invoice for company required".

    Do you apply reverse VAT for companies?

    Yes! However, we can only apply reverse VAT to laptops. So if you've chosen a laptop and would like us to apply reverse VAT for your company, write to us at pagalba@amberglow.lt and we'll send you a proforma invoice!

    Will you restock items marked as "sold out"?

    If you wanted to order an item that's marked as "sold out", write to us at pagalba@amberglow.lt or call +37062992290, and we'll help you find the item you're looking for or find a better alternative that we have in stock.

    Do you sell to companies registered abroad?

    Yes! We can sell a computer to a company registered in the European Union with a foreign VAT number. Also, when exporting a computer, you don't need to pay VAT in Lithuania, so the 21% VAT would be deducted from the final computer price.

    What does Windows without an activation key mean?

    Windows 11 without an activation key means that a small watermark will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen with the text "Activate Windows" and won't allow you to change personalization features (Windows color themes, taskbar colors, etc.).

    However, you'll be able to use the computer for an unlimited time, no one will disconnect or lock you out, and all updates will be received as well.

    Will the BIOS be updated and necessary drivers installed?

    Yes! All our desktop PCs will arrive with updated, stable BIOS versions and all necessary drivers installed.

    What should I do if the computer says "Your password has expired"?

    Just press "Enter" a few times. Since we don't set any password on your computer, there is no old password.

    Will the computer come with all necessary accessories?

    Yes! The computer will come with an appropriate power cable. If you're also purchasing a monitor, the monitor will have either a "DisplayPort" or "HDMI" connection, so all you need to do is connect your mouse, keyboard, headphones, and you're ready to play!

    What does "or similar" component mean?

    Since we constantly receive different shipments of computer components from suppliers, components from different manufacturers may arrive.

    For example: Instead of Corsair Vengeance RAM, Kingston Fury RAM, G.Skill Flare RAM, etc. might be installed, or instead of a Gigabyte graphics card, it could be ASUS, MSI, etc.

    So you can be sure, the manufacturer may change, but the specifications of those similar components will be either identical or even better!

    Can I upgrade the computer components in the future?

    Yes, of course! If you feel like upgrading your computer, write to us at pagalba@amberglow.lt, and we'll help you configure an upgrade according to your needs and budget. If you'd like to do the upgrade yourself, the most important thing is not to physically damage other components during the upgrade so that their warranty remains valid.

    Are all computer components new?

    Yes! We only sell new computers and new components.

    How do I choose the right computer for me?

    Can I change components of a computer already in stock?

    Yes! If you'd like to replace any component in an existing package with another, write to us at pagalba@amberglow.lt and we'll arrange everything.

    Can you assemble a computer according to my needs?

    Yes, of course! We're waiting for your call at +37062992290 or email at pagalba@amberglow.lt and we'll configure everything according to your specific needs.

    Do you have a physical store I can visit?

    Yes, we have two! We'll be waiting for you in Klaipėda at Liepų St. 64, or in Vilnius at Šeimyniškių St. 3A!

    How do I use the warranty?

    If something happened to the product, write to pagalba@amberglow.lt or call +37062992290, most of the time everything can be resolved remotely. However, if something actually broke mechanically, the product would need to be delivered to the nearest Amberglow physical store. We'll try to resolve everything as quickly as possible!
